Dale Peterson

Dale Peterson joined the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors® in 1975 and has served on the board of directors since 2000. Before becoming a director he served on various committees including the Resort Property Management Group. Dale has also served as the 2002 President of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors®. As President, Dale focused on Realtor education and the implementation of new technologies to improve the real estate profession.
Dale has and will continue to serve the Realtor® community as a director at the state and national levels. Some state committees Dale has served on include: acting as the chairman of the Property Management Committee, the Political Affairs Committee, and the Regulatory and Local Government Issues Committee.
Dale is also active with the Realtor® Political Action Committee. The mission of RPAC is predominately to defend private property rights and issues. This was evidenced by the fact that Dale was able to help bring RPAC money into our area to help defeat the short-term rental ban.
Dale is one of 8 members appointed to the Real Estate Industry Solutions, Inc. Board of Managers for the Florida Associations of Realtors®.

Kati Curle

Kati Curle is the President of Dale E. Peterson Vacations. She is responsible for the strategic planning and operations of the company. Kati joined Dale E Peterson Vacations management team and has served as a General Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. Kati holds a degree in hospitality management. She has 25 years experience in hospitality management and joined DEP after managing the Holiday Inn on Navarre Beach for 13 years. Kati is a Florida CAM and has CHA certification.

Michelle Eason

MIchelle Eason is a native Destin, Florida resident and the Director of Sales and Marketing for Dale E Peterson Companies. She oversees all sales efforts from the rental and reservations departments for Dale E Peterson Vacations as well as the marketing and management of Dale E Peterson Vacations and Realty, Inc. Michelle is a licensed Florida Realtor® and an active member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors® where she serves on the Realtor Outreach Committee and chairs the Young Real Estate Professionals Committee.

Eileen Michaud

Eileen Michaud, a Destin resident since 1990, heads our accounting department. Eileen’s credentials include an MBA in Accounting from Western New England College in Springfield, MA, a CAM license, and over 14 years of management in association accounting.
